UK videogames trade bodies ELSPA and TIGA have announced the creation of London Games Festival, a week-long series of events which will take place in early October, with the full support of BAFTA and the London Development Association.
BAFTA‘s (The British Academy of Film and Television Arts) support is something of a milestone as it raises video gaming to equal importance in the entertainment industry as film and television, something gamers have know for a long time!
